Lake Kuttara is a crater lake located in Noboribetsu, Japan. It is known for its clear blue water and is popular for fishing and boating. There is no admission fee to visit the lake and it is open 24 hours a day. However, there are fees for fishing and boat rentals.

Visitors can see various species of bears and enjoy a bear show.
